Terms of Use / End User License Agreement
These Terms govern use of the private Sonico.ai software tools, including the QuickBooks Online connector (“the App”), operated by Andrew Le Guelaff (“Sonico,” “we,” “us”).
License
Sonico grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for Sonico’s internal business operations. The App is not licensed for resale, sublicensing, or public multi-customer use.
Intended user
The App is intended for Andrew Le Guelaff and authorized Sonico operators only. If you are not an authorized operator, you must not use the App.
QuickBooks Online
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s own terms and policies. The App requests access to accounting data to help Sonico understand cash, invoices, and operations. Read-only access is the default posture.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another company’s QuickBooks data without authorization
- Do not reverse engineer or misuse Intuit APIs beyond authorized scopes
- Do not use the App for unlawful activity
No warranty
The App is provided “as is” for internal operational convenience. Sonico does not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of summaries, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify critical financial actions in QuickBooks Online and your bank directly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonico and Andrew Le Guelaff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the App.
Termination
This license ends if Sonico discontinues the App or revokes access. Disconnecting the Intuit OAuth connection also ends App access to QBO data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Andrew Le Guelaff principally operates Sonico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
